EZRvent - FV816:
EZRvent FV816 is an easy-to-install new construction or replacement vent for 8x16 foundation, sub-floor, crawlspace, and garage vents in block, brick, poured-in-place concrete, and masonry walls.
The EZRvent FV818 is an easy way to upgrade poured-in-place concrete vent forms and bring them up to code where 1/8" pitch mesh is required.
Our FV816 frame is made of a durable UV-protected high-grade automotive/ marine corrosion and impact-resistant plastic with heavy gauge 1/8" pitch metal screen options that will last for years. Installation is easy and saves labor time!
Existing concrete, masonry, brick, stucco, or siding remains intact. Remove the old vent/ screen, leaving the old vent form frame in place. Remove old form center and side ribs to 2” deep. Mark and drill two holes for the provided anchors, place the new EZRvent in position, and install two screws. It's as easy as that!

Prep Wall Opening
- Remove old vent screen
- Remove / trim center supports or vent obstructions to 2" from wall surface

Fit and Mark Holes
- Place and fit check FV816 Vent
- Remove spacer tabs if needed for fit
- Mark hole centers

Drill Holes
- Drill Holes with 3/16 masonry drill
- Insert provided Anchors

Install 2 Screws
- Optional: Apply Caulk to the calking groove on 3 sides
- Install FV816 Vent with two Screws until just snug (do not over-tighten)
Existing wall face concrete, masonry, brick, stucco, or siding remains intact.
