Dealer Order FAQ & Policies
For Established Dealers and Contractors/ Installers, we are very flexible to how we can receive your orders and integrate with your standard ordering procedures. Orders may be emailed to email@example.com in any form (text or PDF), faxed, or called in to your Rep or main contact.
Minimum Order Quantity for Contractors/ Installers is a split case of (24) and can be picked up at your local Distributor/ Dealer (Retail Dealer locations with larger stock) or shipped direct if there is not a local Distributor/ Dealer in your area.
Wholesale Dealer / Distributor/ Dealer min order quantities are Full case quantities of (36). Once established as a stocking Dealer, for special order desk orders of Copper or Stainless, we will extend the wholesale price for a split case of (24); or for Smaller Orders of less than 24, we would extend the next price level up.
Small Independent (brick and mortar) Retail Dealer locations associated with an established Buying Group (Ace, True Value, Do it Best): Min order Qty is (24), but on 1st few orders could be waved to (12) to maintain pricing level.
Shipping & Delivery
We manufacture and maintain stock on a JIT basis. Most orders of 1-2 cases are shipped same day (if received before 1pm) or within one to two business days. Orders of 3-12 cases may incur a 3-5 day lead time depending on product option and order queue. Orders of 12 or more cases may incur a 3 week or more lead time depending on product option and supply channel queues.
We ship F.O.B Carlsbad via UPS Ground or USPS Ground and various Trucking companies on larger orders over 12 cases. Depending on Pricing Level, Pre Paid Freight PPL Min order is typically $1K.
Point of Purchase Display
The Display Trays hold 12 vents each and a full case is 36 vents.
We recommend that the Vents always be displayed in the Display trays verses just being stacked in a bin. We also recommend placing one of your display trays near your Order Desk or Check out as it is a new higher grade item that many would not be aware exists. Some dealers will use two bulk case boxes (17x17x17) stacked with a display tray on top for an end cap or aisle display. Alternate display location ideas: Pest Control, Replacement Windows
On your 1st or 2nd order per location, we will ship you starter Display Trays free of charge. We typically ship one Back-splash / Rear Display Tray Poster per location, but can deliver additional if requested.
Then on following shipments, product is usually delivered Retail Labeled with screws in bulk to refill your display trays. If you would like vents to always be shipped in trays, there is a 3% surcharge per case for the added packaging.
Display Tray Measurements: (WxDxH) in inches:
- With Product: 15.5 x 16.25 x 7
- With Product & Back-splash: 15.5 x 16.25 x 13
Start-up Order Recomendation
For larger locations with warehouse shelving, we recommend starting with at least two cases of (36) per location. One Case with 3 trays, and another bulk for refill. The display trays hold 12 vents each and a full case is 36 vents. We recommend that the Vents always be displayed in the Display trays verses just being stacked in a bin. We also recommend placing one of your display trays near your order desk as it is a new higher grade item that many would not be aware exists. Recommended re-order point is a minimum of (36) vents. It is common to have contractors or DIY customers with 12-36 vent jobs. We have also seen larger custom home jobs with 78 or more vents.
Smaller retail locations tend to purchase 1 case and use 2 display trays at start up. Recommended re-order point for smaller retailers is 12-15 vents.
If you will be Stocking multiple options in a location, (Galvanized, Stainless and Copper), you should order at least one full case of each. But We can split order a case 12/12/12 or 12/24 for a product mix to retain full case pricing.

Depending on your terms, payments may also be made after invoicing using VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal through PayPal Invoicing for a 4% surcharge for customer card data input (4% CC IPN Fees apply to CC orders under $500 with Dealer Level Pricing extended). For Phone in or other CC orders that EZRvent directly key inputs card data, there is a 7-9% CC IPN Fee (depending on card type) applied to CC orders under $500 with Dealer Level Pricing extended.
Returned Check Charge:
- Returned checks will incur the greater of a 25$ handling fee or incurred Bank fee charges.
